Who we are and what we do
We are a team of experienced, trauma-informed occupational therapists, clinicians, and coaches dedicated to improving the lives of our clients through social-emotional learning and nervous system regulation. Our mission is to provide innovative and evidence-based services that develop a sense of self and awareness of others to build meaningful relationships and enhance lives. Our approach aligns with in sync counseling principles, ensuring that our clients are truly in sync with their emotions and relationships.
Services we offer in person and virtually:
- Individual and group occupational therapy
- Social learning groups (traditional and improv themed)
- Parent coaching
- Executive Function coaching
- Relationship coaching
- Consultation to families, schools, and organizations (including help with IEPs)
- Workshops and webinars to educate on any aspect of neurodiversity, promoting the benefits of in sync therapy and insync therapy techniques.
